Built at the beginning of the Eighteenth Century, the hotel is on the principal road that runs through the heart of Marostica's historical centre.
Having begun its life as a residential town house the Due Mori first welcomed travellers at sometime in the middle of the 1700s, and became known to those journeying across the Veneto region as the Due Mori hotel and stable.
At the end of the nineteen nineties the hotel was completely renovated. The result was a combination of modern, refined style and local tradition which can be seen in the choice of materials, and the conservation of original features.
In recognition of the first class restoration work carried out, and of our splendid position within the city walls of Marostica, the Veneto region has recently made the hotel a listed period building. This makes us one of an exclusive group in the entire Vicenza region.
